The motto for the Explorers is “Dream, Discover, Believe”.

We are an enthusiastic, eager group of Year 2 and 3 learners. We are exploring as we learn and are encouraged to give everything our best try even if that means making mistakes along the way. We know that mistakes help us to learn and grow towards greater understanding.

We enjoy a classroom programme where we can be challenged and practice using our skills of self management and persistence. Whole-school activities are times when we can share different experiences with our friends in all classes who make up our great Waerenga family of learners.
